Cause Effective seeks a Project Manager to enhance the effectiveness and capacity of CE's training and consultation practice.  This person will be responsible for marketing, intake, and outcomes assessment, as well as providing fundraising and program support.   

The right candidate will understand the challenges faced by community-based nonprofits, with 2-4 years of progressive responsibility and achievements in nonprofit-related positions, plus a commitment to working in communities of color.  Candidates should be outstanding communicators, well-organized, and work well with many different types of people.  

This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the great variety of nonprofit communities in New York City - and to shape the future of Cause Effective as the "go to" organization for community-based resource development, governance and special events assistance.
