Esther Pang, Executive Director, March On Foundation
Esther Pang is the Executive Director at March On Foundation, which focuses on increasing civic engagement and amplifying the voices of marginalized communities. Currently she is the Board Chair for Right To Be (formerly Hollaback!), a global, people-powered movement to end harassment in all its forms. She joined the B Local NYC Board, supporting the community of Certified B Corporations - businesses that balance purpose and profit - in the city. She has a keen interest in social entrepreneurship, and specializes in developing impact and sustainability strategies for small businesses and organizations. Esther was a fellow of 2018 Global People’s Summit and 2017 Unleash, both global communities of leaders working on Sustainable Development Goals. She received her B.S. in Communications from New York University, and M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
