Sharlene Diamond, Director, College Completion Innovation Fund
Sharlene Diamond is a top-performing leader with combined experience in grant management, higher education support, program management, and program development. As a non-profit professional with 8+ years of experience in Youth Development and Education, she currently serves as the Director of the College Completion Innovation Fund, a collaborative fund dedicated to testing innovative pilot projects to advance student persistence and success. In her current role, Sharlene leads the fund’s strategic plan and fundraising efforts, while providing technical support to currently funded projects. Sharlene is passionate about supporting and implementing systems-level changes that will improve student persistence and success beyond the students served by any singular organization. Sharlene holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a Masters of Arts degree from Syracuse University.
