Joshua Gray, Senior Development Associate
Joshua Gray is a proudly queer Black son of a rural Alabama family. As senior development associate forthe KIPP Foundation, he continues to build upon his leadership in driving national funder partnerships and creating positive change for more than 110,000 public school students and 30,000 alumni. Historically, his impact at KIPP includes strategizing CEO engagements of funders, direct cultivation of a growing six-figure portfolio, and oversight of essential fundraising tools and practices. Prior to KIPP, Josh helped drive the interests of teacher leaders across America, Georgia citizens, and refugees. He is an alumnus of Teach for America’s NYC Corps, the University of Alabama, and the Relay Graduate School of Education.
