Meghan Naik, Director of Individual Giving & Engagement, Robin Hood Foundation
Meghan Naik is Director of Individual Giving & Engagement at the Robin Hood Foundation. She has 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector and has spent the past 12 years fundraising for organizations of all sizes. During her last six+ years at Robin Hood, Meghan has managed up to 400 individual donors annually and has focused on cultivating, renewing, and increasing their support. Her focus is on major donor families who engage with Robin Hood via family philanthropy offerings and programming. Most recently in her new role as Director of Individual Giving & Engagement, Meghan oversees fundraising campaigns for Robin Hood’s Big Benefit, Investors Conference, and Year-End Campaign. Meghan began her career in grantmaking at the USGA Foundation and Morgan Stanley Foundation and then shifted to fundraising for NYC education non-profits Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) and Harlem Village Academies charter network.
