Courtney Reyes, One Iowa
Courtney Reyes is a stay-at-home mom turned executive director, leading the LGBTQ advocacy organization One Iowa. Courtney has spent the last two years improving the workplace culture of One Iowa and making the organization more sustainable from year to year. Courtney's priorities are to set her team up for success while building relationships across that state of Iowa to improve the lives of LGBTQ Iowans. She leads with the motto, "I cry at work," and shows up in spaces using her power and privilege to make actual change in the state.
