Tamesha Robinson, CERCLE, Inc.
Tamesha Robinson is the Executive Director for CERCLE, Inc., located in New Haven, Connecticut. CERCLE is a non-profit cooperative whose mission is to improve the education outcomes of Black and Latinx children in underserved communities in Greater New Haven and Bridgeport. As Executive Director, Mrs. Robinson leads her organization to implement innovative programs designed to recruit, train, and prepare individuals seeking careers as early childhood educators and address the challenges faced by Black and Latinx early child care educators and those serving people of color families and communities. For more than ten years, Mrs. Robinson has served as a board member for Hope For New Haven, Inc., where she participates in annual board meetings, develops fundraising campaigns, and implement strategies that further the mission of Hope For New Haven, Inc. andits subsidiaries. Before entering non-profit work, Mrs. Robinson served as Senior Director of Mobile Sales at Sega of America, responsible for the timely launch and distribution of all mobile video gaming properties to wireless application stores in the United States. She worked as the Mobile Gaming and Entertainment Content Manager for Verizon and Verizon Wireless for more than five years, overseeing the Gaming and Entertainment Application Store and distribution platform across all Verizon mobile phones.Her journey to becoming a recognized leader, mentor, and strong advocate for children and familiesresulted from hard work, perseverance, and a commitment to her organization and themission oforganizations with shared goals. Her diverse skills and core competencies have prepared Mrs. Robinson to excel in Project Management, Strategic Planning and Implementation, Grant Writing and Management, Community Outreach, Organizational Development, and Team Building. Mrs. Robinson is married to Conte G. Robinson, Esq. They have two sons and live in Hamden, Connecticut.
