Adriana Rodriguez-Baptiste, Chief Program Officer, Jericho Project
Adriana Rodriguez-Baptiste, LCSW, is the Chief Program Officer at Jericho Project where she oversees all programs. She has been with Jericho for 8 years and helped Jericho expand its services to homeless veterans, LGBTQI young adults, and families. She led the organization in its adoption of Harm Reduction approaches, and she is an expert in evidence-based practices such as Housing First, Motivational Interviewing, Critical Time Intervention, and trauma treatments such as Exposure Therapy and Seeking Safety. In addition, she was adjunct faculty for six years at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Social Work where she taught courses on addictions, military cultural competency, and trauma interventions. She received her Master’s in Social Work from Boston College Graduate School of Social Work in and her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University.
