Decota Letman, Director of Strategic Partnerships, BUILD
Decota Letman is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at BUILD.org. With a background in communications and political science, Decota has designed a career path that allows her to work on all her passions simultaneously. By day, Decota is a fundraiser, identifying key partners for BUILD students and in her spare time she organizes community events, PR campaigns and loves travel. She ultimately wants to create safe spaces for kids in under-resourced communities that will allow them to fully exercise their potential and be given the same opportunities as their counterparts.
