Mabel Muñoz, Senior HR and Operations Manager, Fiver Children’s Foundation
Mabel Muñoz (She/Her/Ella) was born and raised in Jackson Heights, Queens, also the borough where she currently resides and takes great pride in. She was promoted earlier this year to the Senior HR and Operations Manager at Fiver Children’s Foundation, a comprehensive youth development organization that makes a 10-year commitment to children from New York City and Central New York. She is both an alum of Fiver’s Class of 2015 and SUNY Oswego, where she received her B.S. in Wellness Management, as a cum laude scholar in December of 2018. With her love for camp and learning- she has worked in many different capacities assisting youth and their families through major life transitions and character-development via social-emotional avenues of support. Mabel’s next steps in life are to continue her leadership and professional development. In the fall of 2022, Mabel will be attending Baruch College, through the Marxe School of Public & International Affairs, to attain her Masters of Public Administration with a concentration in Public Management. Through her continued education, she hopes to fine-tune her skills and expertise when working with all individuals across the non-profit and public sector. It is ultimately Mabel’s mission to continue to foster the magic of camp and year-round support to the lives of deserving youth and families.
