Shari Bailey, Senior Program Director, Good Shepherd Services
Shari Bailey is committed to serving youth and families through education and economic mobility. Bailey has served young adults in New York City for over 15 years impacting over 2,500 lives. Bailey currently holds the title of Sr. Director overseeing two career readiness programs which use sports as an enrichment tool. Bailey previously served as Director of an apprenticeship program, a College Access Counselor, and an Internship Coordinator in a non-traditional high school setting. A multimedia artist, she established NoviArts, an artistic platform that encourages creative expression and mindfulness. She also self-published her memoir and received a citation from Mayor Eric Adams for her literary pursuits in 2022. Bailey earned a BA of Communications at Temple University and a MA of Organizational and Multicultural Communication from DePaul University.
