Esther Alix
Esther Alix joined Cause Effective in 2023 with responsibility for fundraising strategy and communications, donor development, and philanthropic revenue generation. Esther has over two decades of fundraising experience and collaborates with a number of design, research, and digital strategy professionals in creating stellar fundraising plans and systems. Esther has worked with many nonprofits in staff roles at Sadie Nash Leadership Project, Urban Research Institute, and Community Resource Exchange and has been a consultant to social justice organizations like Weeksville Heritage Society. Before joining the Cause Effective team, Esther was a member of the second Cause Effective Fellows Program.
